Refund policy

Online Purchases:
- Orders placed on our website have a 14-day return policy from the day they are delivered.
- Customers are entitled to a full refund when we receive the returned product in good condition and in its original packaging.

In-store Purchases:
- We offer a 30-day return policy for products accompanied by a receipt. We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card or can be exchanged with another product that is of the same value. Gift cards are valid for up to 3 year from issue date.
General Rules:
- All our sale products are final and excluded from our return & refund policy.
- Gift cards and customized products are nonrefundable.
- For replacing damaged or broken products please refer to our warranty policy.
