- Een kans om de beste kristallen voor u te kopen (optioneel).
Richtlijnen :
- Voor online consultatie (via Zoom of Whatsapp), boek dan één tijdslot. Het werkt heel goed; je kunt Andrea je huis/kantoor/kliniek/enz. laten zien en zij kan je de beste kristallen voor elke kamer laten zien. (Ze heeft dit al meer dan een dozijn keer gedaan en het werkt).
- Als u persoonlijk advies wilt (met Andrea), is dat mogelijk voor locaties in Nederland. Neem contact op met Andrea via info@byartcrystals.com of +31 0627363382 (mobiel of WhatsApp).
- Als u een ander tijdslot nodig hebt, neem dan gerust contact met ons op!
- Boekingen kunnen tot 48 uur voor de afspraak worden verplaatst/geannuleerd. Als u niet komt opdagen, wordt het geld niet terugbetaald.

Take your time! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and receive a full refund. Items must be returned in their original
packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sale items, gift cards, and

Every stone we use is 100% real and most of the times, unique. We handpick each one individually, working directly with mines, small local artisans, and family-run workshops to ensure every crystal is ethically and carefully sourced.

We use gold-plated over brass, gold plated over sterling silver, 925 sterling silver and 18k or 14k solid gold. All our jewelry is nickel-free to prevent skin irritation. We use mostly 18k gold with 3 to 10 microns of gold, differently from the market that normally uses 14k gold with 0.5 to 1.5 microns of gold. We choose stone per stone, and each piece is handmade by our artisans with lots of care.
It depends on the material:
Sterling silver (925) pieces: Our sterling silver is genuine silver. Like all real silver, it will naturally tarnish over time - but this is nothing to worry about. A simple polish with a soft cloth is all it takes to bring back its original shine.
Gold-plated pieces: Our gold-plated pieces feature a brass base with a premium layer of 18k gold - typically 3 to 10 microns thick, significantly more than the industry standard of 0.5 to 1.5 microns at 14k. To preserve the shine, avoid water, sweat, and beauty products, and remove before showering or swimming.
18k/14k Solid gold pieces: no, it won't tarnish. It is tarnish-free and built to last. Jewelry is delicate by nature, and some stones are not water-friendly - so handle with care.
We choose brass over stainless steel for a simple reason: sustainability. Brass can be recycled infinitely without losing quality, making it one of the most responsible metals in jewelry. It's also durable and versatile - allowing us to create the kind of spiritual, refined designs we love, at prices that feel accessible, without ever compromising our values.
We mostly produce our jewelry in Brazil, where our roots and craftsmanship run deep. Since not all the stones you can find in Brazil, we partner with other producers around the world that are aligned with our values, to bring even more variety to you.
