She helps people heal, relax and rebalance on physical, mental and emotional levels to live a more harmonious and joyful life.
She enjoys introducing Reiki as an accessible tool to facilitate self-healing.
What to expect:
No previous experience with Reiki is needed.
Alessandra will guide you through a Chakra Healing Meditation and will channel the Reiki Energy for your highest good.
Reiki Healing ensures that the connection with the Universal Energy can flow freely by also stimulating the self-healing capacity of the body.
Bring your own mat or towel to sit on.
Wear something comfortable and warm.
