Care Instructions:

At BYARTCrystals, each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and attention to detail. To ensure that your jewelry remains in pristine condition for years to come, please follow these care instructions:
  • Handle with Care:
    Our jewelry is handmade and delicate. Handle it with care to prevent damage or breakage.
  • Avoid Exercising with Jewelry:
    Refrain from wearing your jewelry while exercising, as it may be subjected to excessive stress and movement. This is especially important for plated pieces, which are vulnerable to scratches.
  • Avoid Contact with Water and Chemicals:
    Do not wear your jewelry in the shower, pool, or spa, as exposure to chlorine and moisture can lead to damage and oxidation. Pearls are porous and should be kept away from moisture. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, as they can affect the shine and polish of your jewelry.
  • Put Jewelry on Last:
    Put on your jewelry as the final step in your grooming routine, after applying makeup, perfume, hair products, and lotions. These products can tarnish or damage certain metals and gemstones.
  • Clean with Care:
    Use a soft and dry cloth to gently clean your gold plated and silver items. Avoid using any liquids, as they may damage the finish of your jewelry.
  • Remove Before Sleeping:
    We recommend removing all your jewelry before sleeping to prolong its lifespan. Sleeping with your jewelry can cause excessive stress and wear and tear, leading to damage over time.
By following these simple care instructions, you can ensure that your BYARTCrystals jewelry remains beautiful and radiant for years to come.

Warranty Information:

BYARTCrystals jewelry comes with the following warranty periods:
  • Gold plated and Silver-Plated jewelry: 3-month warranty.
  • Sterling silver 925: 1-year warranty.
  • Full 14K & 18K Gold jewelry: 2-year warranty.
  • Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. Our warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage.
  • Our warranty doesn’t cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your jewelry, improper care of your jewelry including contact with household chemicals, hygiene products like make-up or perfumes, discoloration of stones caused by water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, prongs wearing out, stones lost by everyday wear, natural inclusions and imperfections of stones, and any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of BYART Crystals.   • For claims, please send an email or a WhatsApp to +31 0615610543 explaining what happened with as much details as possible and pictures of the product highlighting the damage part.
  • If it is within warranty time and it was a manufacturer defect, we will fix and/ or exchange the product for you.
  • For items that can be fixed in store it can take up to approximately 5 working days.
  • Items that cannot be fixed in the store will be fixed in Brazil and it can take approximately 3 to 4 months. If however we have the item in stock we will replace it for you.
  • If however the product(s) is not still in warranty, we may offer to repair the product(s) at a price depending on the damage. Please contact us for more information.

Third-party vendor

  • Please Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of or Byart Crystals official store) will not be covered under BYART Crystals warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
